Gloetry begins this work with a set of Visioning Workshops conducted with your Executive Team. This is where your executive leadership comes together to identify the guiding vision for what you want your organizational culture to become.

Cultural Audit

Gloetry then conducts a cultural audit of your organization. This includes how teams work amongst themselves and between each other, how your teams view leadership’s current role in shaping culture, and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your corporate culture.

Implementation Strategy

Then, we bring together leaders from across your company to design your new culture. This co-creation process is where the vision and values meet an implementation strategy, and we begin the process of healing and building anew.
