Executive Coaching

Soul Leadership Transformational Coaching

As your executive coach, a role that I take joyful pride in, I serve as a mirror to help you see yourself more clearly, bringing what is unconscious to your conscious mind, in order for you to see what is the root cause of the dis-ease in your professional life. I take an holistic approach, rooted in indigenous practices, to hold you through your delicate yet powerful transformations. I combine meditation, visualization, mindfulness, self-inquiry, reflective writing along with intentional guiding questions to support you in embodying the confidence, self-assuredness, and authenticity to lead your teams.

From Burned out and Disillusioned to Confident and Renewed

Before you were a leader at an organization, you were first you. A human with strengths, flaws, wounds and a story. And sometimes life happens where challenging moments in our personal lives or at work disrupts our balance, flow and confidence. During these hard moments we need mentorship and support to show us the way when we are lost, confused, or foggy on our path forward, and when we feel disconnected from our purpose and ourselves, or when we know it's time to level up. We need a grounded, warm and practical guide who will breathe with us through the difficult and challenging moments and who will hold us through the breakdowns and the breakthroughs. This is what I’ve supported so many leaders through over the years.

Leadership is about leaning in, showing up, setting the tone and being the pillar of strength that our teams can look to when the times are good, and even when culture has suffered. But this takes tremendous courage, vulnerability, self-love, and transparency. Qualities that are hard to access when you, as the leader, are also triggered and feeling a sense of defeat.

  • I enjoyed a six month executive coaching program with Karmay that was truly transformative. Through Karmay’s exercises and facilitation, I learned things about myself and how I relate to others that years of self-exploration had never revealed. Her approach is not conventional, but it brings the potential for profound discovery and personal change.

How Executive Coaching Works

When we work together, we are going to go back in time to explore where the disruption originated, so we can go forward. By exploring painful memories, and naming and releasing emotions from your past can we make space for you to show up as the transparent, courageous, authentic, confident and humble human and leader that you know yourself to be. This will expand your capacity to lead your organization through difficult conversations, shift culture and set a different tone with an honest and open heart.

I am very proud of you for being willing to face yourself, and the blocks that are in your way in achieving your goals.

My role as your Coach is:

  • To be authentically curious by asking intentional questions in order to deepen your areas of growth so you can reach your desired outcomes

  • I design all of our coaching sessions based on your goals and our shared objectives. I create the structure by formulating the agenda for each session. All you need to do is show up ready, willing and open to receive and take action. I do this because my clients are too busy managing their teams and running organizations that they appreciate coming into a structured plan and process

  • To help you gain clarity and focus about what you want and how to take action to achieve it

  • To inspire you and support you to expand your vision of what is possible for yourself

Your role as a client is:

  • To be an engaged, willing partner with me

  • To take action to meet the goals you have set out to achieve

  • To be brave and willing to look at things in a new way, which can sometimes be uncomfortable, in order to open up to new possibilities

I work best with clients who are honest about their workplace atmosphere, and their role in it, and who are ready to heal barriers between them and their staff.

I love working with these types of people:

  • Are already meeting with a therapist or engage in your own spiritual practices

  • Value self-development, growth and continuous learning

  • You are passionate and dedicated to promoting initiatives that dismantle oppressive structures within their communities

  • Committed to social and racial justice

  • Implemented affinity spaces committed to supporting emotional and spiritual wellness

  • You are already in the process of creating more connection and trust between your colleagues

We’ll be a great team if you are

  • A willing and engaged partner with me, seeking clear, compassionate, and strategic support in regaining your confidence, enthusiasm and strength to carry out the organization's diversity goals and culture objectives.

  • Committed to real change in your organization and are open to feedback and taking action

  • Willing to get uncomfortable for your growth and for the benefit of the team you impact every single day.

  • Willing to see outside of your blind spots

  • Are ready to move from overwhelmed with your organizations tasks and initiatives and are struggling with delegating and implementing plans and move to intentional action based strategies

  • Serious about taking internal inventory around your own identity, privilege and unconscious internalized hierarchical behaviors
